Banana Date Lactation Smoothie

 A quick, satisfying breakfast or afternoon snack, this Banana Date Lactation Smoothie delivers on taste and nutrition for breastfeeding mamas. Banana Date Lactation Smoothie 

2/3 cup almond milk

3 dates, pitted

1 frozen banana

1/2 tablespoon Oat Mama Brewer's Yeast

1/2 tablespoon ground flax

1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 to 3 ice cubes

Pinch of salt

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. 

Optional - top with chopped dates, bananas, or granola.
